Surrey Rams Basketball

The Hottest Club in Surrey

2018 SUMMER SESSION REGISTRATION

Long season? Its Spring – summer, time to rest?

WRONG!!

At the Rams basketball club  we strongly believe while other players  and team are taking the summer off, it is important for committed players to use the off-season sessions to strengthen their fundamental skills while sharpening their match experience, while competing against strong competition.

Whether you play National League, CVL or street basketball, The Rams Basketball club is putting on sessions for the Spring/Summer at Christ College, Rodborough, Collingwood College and ACS Cobham.

EXAM PERIOD APPROACHING? STRESSED? NEED AN OUTLET?

“Exams can make stress levels get out of hand, which can stop us from performing our best. So it’s important to address it and get it back under control.”

Year 11, 12 and 13 players – “Exercise. Nothing de-stresses the mind faster than physical activity, so build it into your timetable. Being a sloth makes our mind sloppy too. One hour a week of summer sessions basketball is great for your mental diet and gets you back on track
