U18 NL Prem

Welcome to the Surrey Rams U18 Team page.

Our U18 National League programme provides talented players with the opportunity to compete at one of the highest levels of junior basketball in England while continuing to develop technically, tactically and personally.

For the 2026–27 season, the U18 programme includes:

• U18 National League Premier (Rams I)

• U18 National League Conference (Rams II)

• U18 Surrey Central Venue League (CVL)

Players are placed into teams based on ability, commitment, attitude and long-term development. Team selections may be reviewed throughout the season to support both player development and team performance.

This page contains your team's training information, fixtures, results and important updates throughout the season.

Season Expectations

• Attend a minimum of two training sessions each week where possible.

• Respond promptly to match availability requests through Teamo.

• Arrive 15–30 minutes before training and matches.

• Wear appropriate Surrey Rams training kit.

• Demonstrate commitment, respect, hard work, teamwork and a positive attitude both on and off the court.

Competition

U18 National League Premier (Rams I)

Competes in the Basketball England National League Premier Division and National Cup, with opportunities to compete in preseason tournaments and selected friendlies.

U18 National League Conference (Rams II)

Competes in the Basketball England National League Conference and may also participate in the National Cup and selected tournaments where applicable.

U18 Surrey CVL

Provides additional competitive playing opportunities through the Surrey Central Venue League and supports the long-term development of players throughout the season.

Additional fixtures, friendlies and tournaments may be arranged during the season where appropriate.

The U18 National League programme is supported by an experienced coaching team committed to helping players reach their full potential.
